From the A12 South, from Colchester towards Chelmsford.

| 0.0 | Take the Kelvedon turn off; go over the A12 flyover, into Feering. |
| 0.7 | Turn left to Tiptree/Maldon (B1023), go under the A12 flyover, through Inworth, past the Prince of Wales Pub. Stay on the main road into Tiptree. |
| 3.1 | Turn right at end of road and then immediately left into Church Road, sign posted Tolleshunt D'Arcy. Straight on, through Tiptree, past Barclays Bank (Think it is still open) |
| 4.0 | Past the Wilkins Jam Factory, (Jam Shop, Tea Room & Museum, famous for strawberry jam ) Go down the hill towards mini roundabout. |
| 4.5 | Mini roundabout take right fork towards Tolleshunt D'Arcy. Drive past the Rose & Crown Pub. |
| 7.1 | At the end of this road you will see the Queens Head and the Maypole, take right fork. |
| 7.2 | At the Picollino Restaurant, turn left into the B1023 towards Tollesbury. Drive on see if you can spot the "Free Manure" sign. |
| 8.5 | Tollesbury village first sign. Drive through the village. Be very careful as cars are always parked in the way near the garage. Drive past the two village pubs, The Hope Inn and The Kings Head and the school. |
| 9.7 | Industrial area signposted. Turn left into Woodrolfe Road. Drive towards Waterfront, past Gibbons & NBS Cryo Research. |
| 10.1 | Turn right opposite Brunel Garage. We are the third building on the left. If you drive past the sail lofts and end up by the water/mud, you have gone too far. |
From the A12 North from Chelmsford towards Colchester.

| 3.5 | Drive under the A12 flyover, past the Braxted Wall, stay on the main road. At the end of the road, turn left at the junction (Vegetable stall on the right) |
| 4.7 | Drive along the Maldon Road, past school, Turn Right at The New Times. |
